I ve updated my recommended dual thrustmaster t 16000m joystick setup for the 3 10 ptu. I ve never liked thrust control in dual sticks. To be sufficient for everything star citizen has to offer. There are 17 action buttons in total plus one mouse hat with push button plus one 8 way point of.

So in my internal debate of hotas vs dual stick i thought. I would not go dual stick. You have to make sure you are on the right joystick input though i kept changing it on 1 but that is actually the flight stick itself and won t affect the throttle. Would it be possible to do both.

I use stick and throttle for normal flight and then switch to dual stick for decoupled dog fighting. I use dual stick in dogfights canyon flying etc and the throttle for set it and forget it flying like entering and exiting atmo.
